Programs: Rural Youth Development: Status Report
This form is for use by current Rural Youth Development grantees only, to report current program and financial activities under the Rural Youth development grant.
For Round 2 grantees, reports are due three or four times a year, depending on your project. Each report covers four or three months of project activities and must be received by the end of the month following each reporting period. For example, a report covering a time period ending February 28 will be due March 28.
For Round 3 grantees, reports are due on a calendar quarter basis with each covering 3 months of project activities. Reports are still due at National 4-H Council by the end of the month following the end of the reporting period.
Use the TAB key on your keyboard to move through different boxes within each question. When at the end of a question, you must manually move your curser to access the next question. The tab doesn't work when moving between questions.
Rural Youth Development grantees can access the form, which is password protected.
